摘要
９６例虚寒证支气管哮喘患者分成两组：４８例用ＣＯ_２激光照射天突、膻中、肺俞和定喘等穴；另４８例用常规艾条温和灸相同穴位，每周治疗６次，疗程４周。以症状、体征和肺通气功能（ＰＥＦ、ＶＣ、ＦＥＶ１．０、ＦＥＶ１％及ＭＭＥＦ等）为观察指标。结果ＣＯ_２激光照射组有较好的疗效，明显改善患者的肺通气功能，是治疗支气管哮喘的有效方法。
Ninety six cases of bronchial asthma of cold of insufficiency type were divided into two groups: one treated with laser irradiation at Tiantu (CV 22).Danzbong (CY 17), Feishu (BL 13) and Dinchuan (EX-G1) (n= 48), and the other with warm moxibustion (n= 48). The treatments were given 6 times every week, and 4 weeks of treatments made a course. The symptoms, physical signs and pulmonary ventilation were taken as indices to be observed.Itwas shown that the therapeutic effect in laser irradiation group was better than that in moxibustion group. Moreover, laser irradiation could obviously improve pulmonary ventilation of the patients. Therefore,laser irradiation is an effective therapy for bronchial asthma.
