摘要
本文分析了渐开线齿廓磨损公法线长度测量的优缺点。针对采用此法只能测量齿廓中部的弊病,探讨了能够测量全齿廓磨损的任意弦齿厚测量方法,导出了任意弦齿厚的计算公式。采用这种方法测量齿廓不均匀磨损,既简单,又经济适用。同时,文中还介绍了精密测量全齿廓磨损的光电比较仪的结构和原理,以及放射性测定齿长磨损的原理和计算方法。
Advantages and disadvantages of determination of gear wear in the profile of the involute gear teeth by measuring the length of the common normal are discussed. The weakness of the method that only the middle part of the tooth profile can be measured is studied and the measurement of an arbitrary chordto determine the wear all over the entire tooth profile is tried whereby a formula for calculating the tooth thickness via the measurement of an arbitrary chord is derived. The simplicity and economy of this approach favors the determinatioa of non-uniform wear over the entire tooth profile. Also, the construction and the work principle of the electronic optical comparator which serves as an instrument of high precision in measuring the wear all over the tooth profile is introduced as well as the principle and calculation in radioactive determination of the wear in tooth depth.
