摘要
陈亮作为南宋浙东事功学派中一重要学派——永康学派的代表人物,其功利主义的思想色彩特别鲜明,他提出了许多具有重要价值的富民强国经济思想。他反对“抑末厚本”,主张“农商并重”,鼓励发展农业和商业,鼓吹富人在社会经济发展和国家强盛中的作用,提倡保护富人,倡导轻徭薄赋,减轻农民剥削,与民休息,从而实现藏富于民,最后达到民富而国强、百姓安居乐业、国家中兴统一的目的。他的这些主张是符合时代发展要求的,至今仍有现实借鉴意义。
Chen Liang is the representative figure of Yong Kang school, which is an important one of Eastern Zhejiang practical schools. In his thoughts there exist strong utilitarianism. He points out many valuable economic thoughts such as: to lay particular emphasis on commerce, to disagree to lay equal emphasis on agriculture and commerce, to encourage people to develop agriculture and commerce, to advocate the importance of the rich in developing social economic and well-off country and protect them, and to reduce tax and alleviate exploitation of the people, so that these ideas will bring about peaceful life to them. His propositions embody the need of the times. However, they still bring some valuable revelations to us.
