摘要
本文简要回顾和分析了近年与地震预报研究有关的一些重大科学事件,重点不在于讨论地震预报研究活动的一般性进展,而是希望通过这些事件揭示当前地震预报研究中所面临的科学挑战及我们的努力方向。
The author here has briefly reviewed and analyzed some significant scientific events relatedto earthquake prediction research in recent years. The emphasis of this paper is not on thediscussion of the general progresses in earthquake prediction research activities but on thescientific challenge we are facing in the present earthquake prediction research revealed by theseevents, and on the direction of our effects henceforth.
