摘要
讨论了闭式液压泵与原动机之间的功率匹配和扭矩匹配问题,导出了相应的计算公式,得出了在确定闭式泵输入功率时补油压力越高则所需驱动功率越小和原动机与液压泵的匹配应以扭矩匹配为先决条件等重要结论,为正确设计闭式液压泵与原动机的匹配提供了依据。
In this paper, the problems of power matching and torque matching of pump and prime mover in closed hydraulic system are discussed, and the corresponding calculation expressions are derived. Some important conclusions are drawn, that are, the oil- replenishment pressure is more high, but the needed driving power is more low when determining the input power of pump for closed hydraulic system, and the torsion matching of pump and prime mover should be took as the precondition for the matching prime mover with pump in closed hydraulic system, this provides the basis for properly designing the match of the pump and prime mover.
