摘要
本文用ＣＳ－９０００薄层扫描仪同时测定了硝西泮、氯硝西泮、安定、艾司唑仑、安眠酮、氯氮、三唑仑等７种镇静催眠药物的血药浓度，以正庚烷：氯仿：无水乙醇：乙酸乙酯（５：２：２：１．５）为展开剂，Ｒｆ值分别为０．６８．０．６３，０．５９，０．３４，０．７１，０．４９，０．２８，测定波长分别为２６０ｎｍ，２４０ｎｍ，３１Ｏｎｍ，２３８ｎｍ，３０５ｎｍ，２６４ｎｍ，２３０ｎｍ，线性范围１～１０μｇ／ｍｌ，相关系数０．９９７２～０．９９９９，回收率：９２．８６％～１００．６％，板内板间误差ＣＶ％０．２８％～４．９２％。
edative-hypnotics are used extensively in clinical therapy.Sometimes people took an over dosage or committed suicide bytakinging these drugs. Doctors did not know which kind of these drugs causing poising.In order to give an early diagnosis foreffective rescue,we have established a rapid,accurate and reliable TLC methed. Seven sedative hypnotics could be determinedsimultaneously using one developing system. The clinical application was satisfactory.
