摘要
用反相ＨＰＬＣ法测定６名健康受试者单次口服格列吡嗪片剂５ｍｇ后的血药浓度。结果表明，口服本品的体内过程符合单室开放模型，服药后血糖水平的降低与血药浓度呈正相关。
The pharmacokinetics of glipizide tablets was determined following a single oral dose of 5mg given to each of 6 Chinese healthy male volunteers.Drug concentrations in plasma were assayed by HPLC. The results showed that the plasma drug levels were in line with the one-compartment open model.The reduction of plasma glucose levels was correlated with the increase of plasma drug concentrations after oral administration.
