摘要
信息革命给企业尤其是IT产业提供了前所未有的机会,使得它们的业务要素能够从有形领域转移到虚拟领域,虚拟企业模式作为对企业外部资源进行优化整合的一种手段应运而生。实践证明,这种战略联盟式的虚拟企业模式具有强大的竞争优势。
The information revolution offers excellent chances for enterprises, especially for IT enterprises. Under this condition, it is necessary for them to transform their business factors from tangible area to virtual one. Thereby, the model of virtual enterprises has emerged over time as an effective tool to integrate diversified external resources. It has been proved to be true that the virtual enterprise with strategic alliance style has a giant competitive advantage.
