摘要
采用一阶导数分光光度法测定复方奎宁注射液中的盐酸奎宁，取３３７ｎｍ波长处振幅绝对值作为定量信息，相关系数ｒ＝０．９９９９，回收率为９９．８０％，ＲＳＤ为０．４５％。
The absolute value of valley amplitude at 337nm was used for quantitative determinatfon.The correlation coefficient was 0.9999.the averape recovery was 99.80% .The RSD was 0.45% .
