摘要
风险投资是高新技术产业发展的孵化器和助推器。然而,我国风险投资的发展中还存在着许多制约因素,如风险资本来源渠道单一、缺乏有效退出机制、政府扶持不足等,在深入分析这些制约因素及其形成原因的基础上,提出了促进我国风险投资发展的对策建议。
The risk investment is the incubator and booster of the development of the high-tech industry. However, there are many factors restraining the development of the risk investment in China. For example, the sources of the risk capital are onefold, it lacks the effective exit system, the support from government is not enough. Based on the analysis of these factors and the forming reasons of them, the strategy is put forward to accelerate the development of the risk investment in China.
