摘要
通过酯化工艺、聚合工艺及PMA最优碳数分布的选择,合成出重质油降凝剂,该合成工艺经中型放大试验验证,具有良好的重复性。中放产品性能稳定,经实验室的性能评定以及在中国石化润滑油上海分公司车辆齿轮油中的应用试验,显示了良好的降凝效果。
Polymethacrylate heavy basestock pour point depressant was developed through esterification, polymerization and the determination of the optimum carbon numbers of the alkyl side chain. The synthesis process was validated through medium-size experiments, showing the good repeatability. And the satisfactory results were obtained by the laboratory evaluation and application tests in vehicle gear oils in Shanghai Branch of SINOPEC Lubricant Company.
