摘要
本文对１４例动脉粥样硬化患者口服低分子肝素胶囊后，血液粘度的改变进行了实验探讨。结果表明：低分子肝素可显著降低全血粘度及血浆粘度（Ｐ＜０．００１）。血沉、血沉方程Ｋ值及红细胞聚集指数下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
The changes of hemorheological parameters were detected in patients with atherosclerosis aften taking oral low molecular weight heparin(LMWH ) cap-sules, The results showed: LMWH capsules can significantly reduce the wholeMood viscosity and plasma viscosity(P<0.001).Erythrocyte sedimentationrate,erythrocyte sedimentation equation K value and erythrocyte aggregation in-dex showed a significant decrease(P<0.05)。
