摘要
本文给出了一个用计算辐射治疗能区内电子束剂量分布的解析算法,对电子束径向注量剖面的计算采用国际上流行的Fermi-Eyges理论,而电子束深度剂量分布的计算使用高能电子输运的双群模型,从而避免了传统的水等效深度方法所引入的系统误差。计算出的深度剂量分布和等剂量曲线与相应的实验测量数据作了比较,结果表明本文给出的方法可用于电子束辐射治疗计划系统的剂量计算。
In this paper,an analytical algorithm for the dose distribution calculation ofdectron beam in the energy range of radiotherapy is presented. The internationalprevailing Fermi-Eyges theory is applied to calculate the radial fluence profile ofelectron beam, while the bipartition model for high energy electron transport isused to evaluate the depth-dose distrlbution,then the systematic error induced byconventional method of water-equivalent depth may be avoided. The calculateddepth-dose distributions and is odose curves are compared with the correspondingdata of experimental measurements. The comparison shows that the method in-troduced in the present article may be applied in the dose calculations of comput-er treatment planning system for electron beam radiotherapy。
