摘要
传统的对生物大分子的探测方法是采用离子到离子转换的方法。在我们的实验中首次采用了离子到电荷转换的方法,一块可被离子附着的金属表面,离子可使其电离的电离探测器。在激光质谱仪中的探测面上电荷的数目正比于迎面飞来的离子的数目。探测器上的电荷引起探测回路的电流。测量回路的电流便可知探测器输出端的电势,继而可得到离子的质谱。实验结果表明,该新型的探测器在分子量范围M≤14,000Dalton的灵敏度是相同的。
Thetraditionalmethodtodetect thelargebiomolecular ion
is so calledionto ion conversion method.In our experiment,we employed a novel concept of
ionto electron conversion- ametal surface on whchions can attach.theions makethesurface
charged-charge detector. When charge detector introduced into theTime of Flight laser Mass
Spectrometer, the detecting surface faced to the fastions in machine, the number of the charge
in the surface is proportion to thenumber of the ions attach the surface. And then the charges
force a current incircuit. We can detect the ions and the number of the ions by measuring the
cur- rent in the circuit.The new method is now found in some good benefit and brightfutures in
application compare to the SEM the traditional detector. The sensitivi- ty of the new method is
almost the same in the mass range M≤14,000Da.
