摘要
本文以１２名小儿为对象，对小儿整体生物电阻抗（ＷＢＩ）测量的方法条件进行研究。在一般测量方法的基础上，对电极与皮肤接触面处理，测量时限要求、Ｚ代表值的选择等方面进行修订。用修订后的方法测量小儿上、下午和连续５天的ＷＢＩ，上、下午的Ｚ均值间以及连续５天的Ｚ均值均无显著性差异，个体连续５天Ｚ的变异系数的平均数为０．６１％，证明了用该法测量小儿ＷＢＩ的稳定性。
Fundamental aspects of method for WBI
measurements were investigated todetermine limitation, Reliability of WBl measurements
using the revised methodwas assessed by making repeated impedance determinations on
successive days,forenoon and afternoon in 12 children, No significant difference(P>
0.05)wasfound among Z means determined on five successive days,no significant differ-ence
(P>0. 05)was found between Z means determined on forenoon and after-noon either.The
average precision of the individual coefficients of variation forthese Z values determined on
successive davs was 0.61%. These results com-firmed reliability of the revised method for
WBI measurements in children.
