摘要
本文用细胞形态立体计量学方法对服用补阳还五汤中药的昆明种雌性小白鼠额叶皮质神经细胞的十一种形态参数进行统计分析，其结果发现，补阳组和对照组比较，在性成熟期溶酶体体密度Ｖｖ２、线粒体外膜比表面δ１及外膜面密度Ｓｖ１均有高度显著性差异；溶酶体的面数密度Ｎａ有显著性差异。文章还讨论了这些差异的医学意义。
In our experiment,the edeven morphologic parameters at neurons of frontal lobe of the mice fed with Buyang-Huanwu herb-soup were measured and calcu-lated by cell morphometry method. The results showed that when comparing theexperimental group with the control group at sex-matured period,some parame-ters such as the volume density(Vv)and the numerical density on area(Na)oflysosome,the specific surface(δ)and surface densitv (Sv)of outer mitochondri-al membrane were different,and there was a statistical significance in this differ-ence.Its medical importance was also discussed.
