摘要
本文对表面数密度测算方法进行了研究。本文定义:单位生物膜表面积中所含的粒子数为表面数密度(Ns)。导出下式:Ns=Nv/Sv,即:表面数密度Ns等于X相粒子的数密度Nv除以与X相粒子相关的生物膜的表面积密度Sv。根据微粒子特点及常用的测试系统结构,进一步推导出了有关的Ns计算公式,并提出对组织收缩因素影响NS的校正方法。
A concept and method of numerical density in surface area was put forward。The number of particles per unit surface area was defined as numerical density insurface area,Formulas for calculating Ns has been deduced.The basic formula isas following:Ns = Nv/Sv,i.e。Ns equals numerical density of particles of Xphase devided by the surface density of biomembrane which was related with theparticles of X phase,Other formulas of Ns based on the characteristic of mi-croparticles and the structure of common test system have also been deduced。Correcting method for shrinking tissue was given。
