摘要
提出了一种用纳米材料修复表面缺陷的新方法,初步研究了纳米氧化硅对304不锈钢表面微缺陷的修复作用,考查了气相流化干法修复工艺条件对不锈钢试片的表面状态(修复选择性)及拉伸强度的影响。由扫描电镜观察到的纳米氧化硅对不锈钢表面微缺陷的修复情况进行分析,可以认为纳米材料能对表面微缺陷实行选择性修复,从而为表面微缺陷的修复提供了一条新的思路。
A new method for repairing surface defects with nano-materials was suggested. Repairing surface defects of steel 304 with nano-silicas was studied. The effects of the process conditions of repairing with fluidizing nano-silicas on the surface morphology (the selectivity of repair) and tensile properties of test steel pieces were investigated. The facts show that nano-materials can repair surface defects selectively. A new technique for repairing surface defects may be developed.
