摘要
通过分析氯化钠、氟化钙、Fe3O4和费托合成反应后铁催化剂的物相特征,提出一种测量反应后催化剂Fe3O4物相的定量方法;该方法采用内标法,以内标物NaCl(200晶面)衍射峰和Fe3O4(311晶面)衍射峰作Fe3O4物相定量用的分析峰,采用氟化钙为稀释剂,获得X射线衍射仪的Fe3O4物相内标曲线,从而可以实现反应后催化剂内Fe3O4物相的定量分析。
Magnetite and iron carbides crystalline phases for the used Fischer-Tropsch iron-based catalysts were often able to be found through X-ray diffraction, and these crystalline phases were directly related to Fischer-Tropsch reactivities, so it was most important to quantify these phases. In this article, an internal standard method for the quantitative phase of magnetite through X-ray diffraction, was presented after analyzing the crystalline phase characteristic of sodium chloride, calcium fluoride, magnetite and the used iron-based catalyst. An internal curve for magnetite was obtained using sodium chloride as internal substance and fluorite as thinner, and the diffraction peaks used in the internal curve were sodium chloride 200 crystal plane index and magnetite 311 crystal plane index. Magnetite phase quantity in used iron-based catalyst was quantified by the internal standard curve.
