摘要
利用台盼蓝拒染试验和祖细胞体外集落培养法对正常造血细胞和ＨＬ６０白血病细胞受热后的存活率做了观察，证实高热对白血病细胞具有选择性杀伤作用，并比较了两种方法所反映的存活率。
The sensitivity of bone marrow
cells(BMC)and leukemic cell lines(HL60 cells)to heat was anal-ysed. HL60 cells were more
sensitive to heat than BMC. Survivals of HL60 cells and BMC after heatingwere compared with
trypan dye exclusion and colony formation.Both assays showed similar quatitativeresponses,but
survival levels measured by trypan blue assay were much higher than those determinedby the
eolony-forming assay.
