摘要
作者对１２例银屑病并发鳞状细胞癌患者的年龄、银屑病病程及治疗方法等有关因素做了观察和分析。其中男性１１例，女性１例。最小年龄３７岁，最大年龄６８岁，平均５４．５岁。银屑病病程最短８年，最长３２年，平均２１．３年。作者认为，银屑病癌变与病人的年龄，病程及致癌因素有关。
Twelve cases of psoriasis complicated with squamous cell carcinoma have been
studied.Certain rel-evant factors such as age,duration of disease,therapeutic methods and
medicine were analysed.All ofthem except one were male. The youngest was 37 years old,the
oldest 68 years old,and the averageage was 54.5.The shortest duration of psoriasis was 8
years,the longest 32,and the average durationwas 21.3.All of them had received multiple
methods of treatment such as Arsenide,Immunosup-pressant,Mustard gas ointment, PUVA,etc.
We suggest that the canceration of psoriasis are relatedwith the age,duration and some
carcinogenic factors.
