摘要
从人力资源的特性出发,从产权关系、制度安排等角度详细讨论了人力资源问题,对知识经济条件下人力资源的地位,人力资源管理中人才的界定、选用、评价以及分配体制等问题进行了详细地剖析与展开。
Based on the analysis of property right and system arr angement, the characteristics of human resources the in Knowledge Economy are studied The role of human resources has become the first critical factor of economy because of the development of th e knowledge. The identification, alection assessment and payment systems of huma n resources together with the principles, are discussed in detail.
