摘要
本文报告３例大脑灰质异位症。它是大脑皮质形成异常的一组疾病，以癫痫发作为主要临床表现及渐进性智能低下等症状。以往依靠气脑摄影或组织学检查做诊断。ＣＴ不能对所有病变做出诊断。ＭＲＩ能清楚地显示皮质、白质间的形态及皮质和病变间的关系，因而ＭＲＩ是诊断的重要手段。
In this article, three cases of ectopic cerabral cortex syndrome were discussed. The diease is caused by the abnormal ectopy of cerebral cortex. Epilepsy and progressive amencia are of its main clinical manifestations. In the past, the diease was diagnosed by PEG or histological examination. Not all lesions could be detected by CT, but the structures of the cortex, white matter and the lesions in the cortex could be clearly seen by MRI.As a result, MRI is an important way in the diagnosis of the disease.
