摘要
成人院校的班主任,必须从认清21世纪成人教育的时代特点,把握成人学生心理特点,找准成人班主任角色位置等方面来思考和探索做好学生的思想工作的规律,确立实事求是的培养目标,有的放矢地开展工作。
Headmasters of adult college must recognize the era feature of adult education in the 21 century; must master the psychological factor; find the position of adult headmaster and aim to research the law of students' thinking work, definite the fostering goal of seeking truth from facts and have an object in view.
