中小负荷运动训练对心理应激大鼠血清皮质酮、白细胞介素1β和肿瘤坏死因子α的影响 被引量:3

The Effect of Low and Moderate Exercise on Plasma Corticosterone,IL-1βand TNF-α in Rats after Mental Stress

摘要 目的探讨中小负荷的运动对心理应激大鼠血清皮质酮、IL-1β和TNF-α的影响。方法对大鼠进行为期8周的不同负荷运动训练,并在运动后期施加2周的心理应激,测定大鼠血清中皮质酮、IL-1β和TNF-α含量。结果1)经过2周心理应激后,大鼠血清中IL-1β、TNF-α含量显著低于对照组,而皮质酮含量显著高于对照组,2)经过8周运动训练后,30min运动组和60min运动组IL-1β含量显著高于对照组,TNF-α和对照组相比无显著性差异,而皮质酮含量显著低于对照组;同时30min运动+应激组和60min运动+应激组大鼠血清中IL-1β、TNF-α含量显著高于应激组,皮质酮含量显著低于应激组。结论运动训练可以降低心理应激反应程度,减少内源性皮质酮释放,使血液中IL-1β、TNF-α含量升高,维持机体在应激状态下的免疫功能的稳定。 Objective To explore the effect of exercise training on concentration of cortic osterone, IL-1β and TNF-αin mental stress rats. Methods SD rats were conducted on exercise training with different workload for 8 weeks and exerted on mental stress for 2 weeks in the later stage of training, Concentration of corticostero ne IL-1β and TNF-α in plasma were measured. Results ①After mental stress, IL- 1β and TNF-α concentration in plasma was lower than that in control group, cor ticosterone concentration was higher than that in control group. ②After 8 weeks training, IL-1β concentration in 30min and 60min were higher than that in cont rol group, TNF-α has no significant change, compared with the control group, bu t corticosterone concentration were lower than that in control group. meanwhile , IL-1β concentration in 30 min training and stress as well as in 60 min traini ng and stress group were higher than that in mental stress group. but corticoste rone concentration were lower than that in mental stress group.Conclusion It ind icates that exercise training can decease intensity of mental stress and decease the release of endogenous corticosterone and increase IL-1β and TNF-α concent ration, and maintain the stabilization of immune function under mental stress st ate.
