摘要
使用GGR6号植物生长调节剂处理银中杨插穗,可以使银中杨愈伤组织形成早(插后8 d)、生根快(插后26d),并且成活率、生长量和苗木合格率明显提高。GGR6号经济适用,成本较低,可以在生产中推广应用。
Using plant growth regulator named GGR6 to treat with cuttage of Populus alba×p.berolinensis ,callus of Populus alba×P.berolinensis formed early(8 days after cutting) and rooted quickly(26 days after cutting).Survival ratio and growth and satisfactory rate of seedlings increased significantly.GGR6 is economical and available and costs lower,it can be spreaded in the production.
