摘要
盐酸恩卡尼是一种新型的抗心律失常药。本实验结合盐酸恩卡尼的合成工艺路线，采用薄层色谱法对有关物质进行检查。同时利用高效液相色谱法对该法进行验证，结果表明该检查方法简便、灵敏，适于盐酸恩卡尼产品的一般质量控制。
Encainide HCl is a new antiarrhythmic agent,The related substances of encainideHCI in its syntheic processes were studied.The thin layer chromatographic method was deter-mined to be the examining method for the related substances of encainide HCI. TLC method wastested and verified by the high performance liquid chromatography,The result showed that thismethod is simple and sensitive enough for examination of the related substances in encainide HCI.
