摘要
目的 研究多肿瘤标志物蛋白质芯片在检测胆管癌中的应用。方法 对60 例梗阻性黄疸患者于手术前采集静脉血2 ml进行多肿瘤标志物蛋白质芯片诊断系统检测。经手术及病理学证实, 其中胆管癌32 例、胆管良性病变28例。结果 60例患者中, 糖类抗原19 -9 (CA19- 9) 和糖类抗原242 (CA242) 同时阳性者31 例, 其中胆管癌患者26例, 其CA19- 9大于500 U/ml者23 例; 胆管良性病变者5 例, 其中1 例CA19- 9 大于500 U/ml。当CA19- 9 和CA242同时阳性时, 诊断胆管癌敏感性为81. 3%, 特异性为82. 1%。结论 应用多肿瘤标志物蛋白质芯片诊断系统检测胆管癌, 当CA19 -9和CA242同时阳性时, 敏感性和特异性均较好, 可作为临床诊断胆管癌的筛查指标。关键词 多肿瘤标志物; 胆管癌;
Objective To study the application of tumor markers protein chip in detecting carcinoma of bile duct.Methods Preoperatively,2 ml venous blood from 60 patients with obstructive jaundice was collected respectively for detection by tumor markers protein chip diagnosis system. Surgically and pathologically,there were 32 cases of cholangiocarcinoma and 28 cases of benign lesions of bile duct.Results Among the 60 cases,31 were positive for CA19-9 and CA242. Of the 26 cases positive for CA19-9 and CA242 in 32 cases of cholangiocarcinoma and 5 cases in 28 cases of benign lesions of bile duct,there were 23 cases and one case of CA19-9>500 U/ml respectively. When both CA19-9 and CA242 were positive,the sensitivity and specificity for cholangiocarcinoma were 81.3 % and 82.1 % respectively.Conclusion CA19-9 and CA242 are the effective indices to diagnose cholangiocarcinoma by tumor markers protein chip.
