摘要
本文对云南山楂（Ｃｒａｔａｅｇｕｓｓｃａｂｒｉｆｏｌｉａ）的果实及叶子，进行了形态组织研究，并提供高效液相色谱的指纹图谱以供鉴别。应用液相色语及分光光度法，分别对果实及叶子进行有效成分及总黄酮的含量测定，提出云南山楂是值得利用的新资源。
We studied the pharmacognocy and resource utilization of Yunnan-Hawthorn,Crataegus scabrifolia. The characteristics of fruits and leaves were identified under microscopyand SEM. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of their flavonoids showed that Yunnan-Hawthorn is a worthy resource of Hawthorn for further development.
