摘要
本文研究了E-4031和利多卡因伍用对大鼠血流动力学的影响。结果表明,大鼠血压从给药前的12.87±0.91kPa降至11.60±0.81kPa(P<0.01);左室压从给药前的11.59±0.80kPa降至9.49±0.77kPa(P<0.01);dp/dt_(max)从给药前的2531±176.0mV/s降至2014±170mV/s;-dp/dt_(max)从给药前2346±175mV/s降至1978±159.0mV/s。而同剂量的E-4031和利多卡因则无上述抑制作用。提示两药伍用时心率失常患者应注意心功能状态,用量不当可能使患者血压下降,心肌收缩无力,造成心肌缺血或诱发心衰。

jointly to the patient with arrhyth-mia and heart failure may be
induced if the dose of both drugs is large.
