摘要
采用自制“蒸馏－萃取”装置提取山沉香棵发油，用毛细管气相色谱法分得３４个成分，质谱法鉴定１７种化合物。从油中分离出的主要成分（占总油量６４．７％）经ＭＳ，￣１ＣＮＭＲ，￣（１３）ＨＮＭＲ，ＩＲ，ＵＶ和Ｘ－射线单晶衍射测定鉴定为花姜酮（ｚｅｒｕｍｂｏｎｅ）。
The volatile oil of Syringa pinnatifolia Hemsl.var alashanensis Ma et Q.Zhouvar.nov was extracted by simultaneous disllation-extraction equipment made by ourselves. Fromthis volatile oil, 34 components were separated by GC,17 were preliminarily identified by MS.The major component constituting 64.7% of this oil has been idolated from the oil and it has alsobeen identified as zerumbone by MS,￣1HNMR,￣(13)CNMR,IR,UV and single crystal diffraction.
