摘要
用反相离子对高效液相色谱法对三磷酸腺苷二钠原料(以下简称ATP)及4种制剂进行定性定量。色谱条件:流动相为10%乙腈-水(含15mmolIPR-A);紫外检测波长254nm;色谱柱为国产YWG-C_(18)。线性范围0.4~2.0μg,相关系数γ=0.9998。测定结果,ATP原料、注射液、片剂、胶囊及注射用粉针回收率依次为100.8%,99.11%,101.7%,97.62%及101.0%。本法具有快速灵敏,准确实用等特点。
Adenosine triphosphate(ATP)and its four preparations were determined qualitatiely and quantitatively by reversed-phase ion-pair HPLC. Analvtical conditions included mobilephase:acetonitrile-water(1:9)containing 15mmol IPR-A;detecter wavelength:254nm;column:YWG-C18,(4mm×250mm);linear range:0.4~2.0μg;relative coefficient r=0.9998.The recov-eries of ATP raw rnaterial,injection,tablet,capsule and powder for injection were 100.8%, 99. 11%,101.7%,97.62%and 101.0%respectively.
