摘要
在实时监控系统的应用背景下,介绍了一种改进的运动目标检测跟踪算法。通过对目标运动区间进行预测,将图像目标的检测范围缩小到小块区域,从而达到降低程序的计算复杂度,缩短目标检测时间的目的。同时提供了视频监控系统的实例及结果,验证了该算法的准确性和实用性。
In this paper,an improved detecting and tracking algorithm based on the real-time surveillance system is presented.The algorithm aims at decreasing the computational complex and detecting time through predicting the scope of moving object.And it also provides the result of video surveillance system,which can detect and track the moving object effectively and rapidly.
