摘要
Objective:to study the value of selective coronary Angiogrphy applied in the basic hospitals.And to elevate the level of diagnosision and treatment in coronary heart disease.Methods:73patients age from 32 to 79 and the mean age is 59,were administered CAG from 10,2002 to 10,2004.Results:4 cased behaued ingury with the left main coronary artery and three coronary artery,20 cases with three coronary artery,11 cases with two coronary artery,13 cases with one coronary artery and 26 cases proved normal.According to the result,10 cases with three coronary artery and left main coronary artery were administered coronary artery Bypass Grafting,14 cases percutaneous coronary intervenetions (PCI).Conclusion:The selective coronary Angiogrphy is an internentional procedure.Though it is high risk,It is the “Golden Standerd”in diagnosis of CHD.It can elucidate the perilousness of CHD,and degermin the location and quality of the coronary artery iniuiy.It is an reliable basis to delect the procedures of CHD.treatment.
