摘要
本文应用一阶导数光谱法测定青黛丸中靛蓝的含量，虽有靛玉红及其它干扰组分的存在，但可排除它们的干扰。
Indigo in the Indigo Naturalis Pills was determinated by the first derivative spectrophotometry, and the interference form indirubin and other composition was eliminated.
