摘要 微生物在整个土壤生态系中具有重要的功能,这就促使人们不断地使用最新科技手段对土壤微生物群落结构和多样性进行探索估价,以便更好地为生产实践服务。生物标志物法、脂肪酸甲基脂分析法、核酸测定法及碳素利用法是目前估价土壤微生物群落结构和多样性常用的四种分析方法。本文分别对其进行了较详细的介绍。 Being aware of the importance of the soil microbial diversity in natural ecological system, people used different approaches to explore and evaluate it. This paper gives the more information on four approaches concerning how to realize the soil microbial diversity, respectively.
