槲皮素磷酸酯钾对大鼠急性脑缺血再灌损伤的保护作用 被引量:12

摘要 用四动脉结扎法造成大鼠急性全脑缺血.45min缺血后再灌1h造成再灌损伤模型。槲皮素磷酸酯钾在缺血前5min及再灌前5min各静注一次(20mg·kg-1)·可减轻脑水肿并缓解脑损伤时CK的释放.保护SOD的活性及降低脑组织MDA的升高。提示槲皮素磷酸酯钾对脑缺血再灌损伤有保护作用。此作用可能与保护SOD活性.抑制自由基的产生或直接清除自由基有关。 The reperfusion injuries were performed by 45 min four-vessel occlusion and 1hsubsequent release in rats.Potassium quercetinphosphate(PQP),20 mg·kg-1 iv 5 min beforecomplete ischemia and the second one 5 min before release,declined brain edema formation(P<0.01),reduced the rise of lipid peroxidase(P<0.05),and suppressed the reduction in bothcreatine phosphokinase(CK)(P<0.01)andsuperoxide dismutase(SOD)activity( P <0.01)in brain tissue.The results suggest thatthe mechanism of the protective effects of PQPbe associated with the inhibition of the generation of oxygen free radicals, with the preventionof inactivation of SOD and(or) with the directscavenging of oxygen free radicals in tissues.
