摘要
利用UssingChamber体系研究了两组药物的小肠转运速度与体系温度之间的关系。一组为被动转运化合物,如阿司匹林,另一组为主动转运化合物,如头孢菌素Ⅵ,此组化合物一般在小肠内通过专门载体主动转运进入循环。实验中分别测定了这两组化合物在37℃及4℃时的小肠转运速度。结果表明:化合物的小肠转运速度随温度的下降而下降。两组化合物受温度影响程度没有明显差异。
The small intestine is the major n area of drugs after oral administration. The influence of temperature on the abeorption of two groups of compounds was investigated by Ussing Chamber system. One group was passive transported compounds,such as aspirin. Another group was active transported compounds ,such as cephalexin. The uptakes of the compounds in the small intestine of rats were measured at 37℃and 4℃ in Ussing Chambers A reversed phase porformance liquid chromatographic method was used for the analysis of the compounds.The results showed that the uptakes of the compounds decreased while the temperature was lowered from 37℃to 4℃。However ,there were no obvious differences between the two groups of compounds.
