摘要
报告２０例使用Ｄｕａｌ－Ｆｌｅｘ导管内引流，全部病例创口一期愈合，无尿路感染，无梗阻，无漏尿等并发症。对内引流的移位，返流、感染、尿盐沉着等并发症的预防和处理也进行了讨论。
he use of Dual-Flex stent for ureterovesical
drainage was presented.It wasused as pyeloplasty stent in 1 3 cases and for ureteral drainage in
7 cases. Satisfactory result was gained in all caseswithout urinary tract infection,obstruction or
fistula. Stents maintained pelvic intact pelvic baseline pressure and lu-minal caliber avoiding
nephrostomy.It could provid a route for urinary drainage and early ambulation,It could de-crease
extravasation of urine and infection. The circles of the Dual-Flex ends were not easier to move and
drop thandoubie-j stent.
