摘要
报告残胃癌和残胃再发癌１９例，对病变部位、大小、类型等进行了分析，重点讨论了ｘ线征象和检查技术问题。并认为术后５年开始定期复查，尽可能避免采用毕罗Ⅱ式手术方式和初次手术后及时摄片，是预防残胃发生癌变的重要措施。
ineteen cases of gastric
stump cancer and recurrent cancer were reported.The locations,sizes and histologic types of
lesions were analyzed with emphasizing on the radiologic features and examination
techniques. The following are strongly recommended as the effective measures for prevention
of gastric stump cancer and recurrent cancer,1.start periodical examination from the 5th
postoperative year on,2.avoid Billroth Ⅱ mode as much as possible,3.establish a base-line
stomach double contrast exami-nation immediately after operation.
