摘要
临床实践及动物实验均表明VitK3有镇痛作用。本实验发现VitK3(64mg·kg-1.ip)急性用药可使Wistar大白鼠脑内亮氨酸脑啡肽含量在尾壳核升高43%(P<0.01).在下丘脑升高45%(P<0.05)。VitK3(1.96×10-5~6.29×10-4mol.L-1)剂量依赖性地部分抑制低频电刺激引起的豚鼠回肠收缩,其效价约为吗啡的1/5000。上述结果提示VitK3的中枢镇痛作用可能与某些脑区内脑啡肽增多有关。
E fects of itamin K3(Vit K3) onthe content of len-enkephalin(LEK)in rat brainand the contraction of gu nea-pig ileum(GPI)were studied, Vi K3(64 mg. kg-1)enhanced thecontent of LEK by 43% (P<0. 01) in caudateputamen nucleus and by 40% (P<0.05)in hypothalamus of Wistar rat, and the content ofLEK were not changed in hippocampus and thalamus. Vit K3(1.96×105 ̄6.29×10-4mol.L-1) partially inhibited the contraction of GPIevoked by low frequecy electrical stimulation,and its potency was about one- 5000th ofmorphine's. Vit K3 did not significantly changethe effect of morphine on the contraction ofGPI. The results suggested that the analgesic action of Vit K3 may involve in the increase of LEK in some brain areas, and may not affect in opium μ receptor directly.
