摘要
农村集体土地所有权制度是我国物权制度中最重要的内容之一,但是目前存在着诸多问题。文章从分析现状着手,提出了完善集体土地所有权制度的相关设想。
The collective land ownership in village is one of the most important content of Chinese possession ownership right,but there are many problems now. The writer,starting with analyzing the current situation,proposes some assumptions perfecting the collective land ownership system.
