摘要
本文以ＨＰＬＣ法，对自制酮康唑控释片在兔体内血药浓度进行了测定，结果表明：自制酮康唑控释片在兔体内血药浓度平稳，作用时间长，优于市售普通片。
The serum drug concentration of ketoconazole controlled-release tablet was determined in rabbits by HPLC.The results showed that the serum drug concentration of ketoconazole controlled-release tablet was stable in rabbits and the duration of action was long.We consider that it's better than commercial ketoconazole tablet.
