文章首先通过对速度经济的现实出发引出敏捷企业,进而对敏捷企业的内涵和特点进行了阐述;其次,分析了敏捷企业的交易成本和组织成本;再次,总结了敏捷企业组织运行特点;最后,提出了敏捷企业的组织结构模型、内部运行模式和外部运行模式。
The paper firstly educed the Agile Enterprises through the fact of the speed economy. Then illustrated the connotation of the Agile Enterprises. Secondly, the paper illustrated the operation features of the agile enterprise. Additionally, the paper analyzed the organization characters of the Agile Enterprises. Finally, the paper put forth the organization model, the internal function mode and external function mode.
