摘要
本文使用ＳＣＬ－９０和ＨＡＤ两个量表，对１１８例住院癌症病人的精神症状进行了评定。结果表明，在癌症患者之间，强迫、人际关系、偏执、精神病性、其他等ＳＣＬ－９０的因子分有明显差异，但两个量表所得到的结果并不完全一致。作者认为，ＳＣＬ－９０和ＨＡＤ量表均能较真实地反映患者的精神状态，但还有些调查内容尚需完善。
Mental symptoms of 118 hospitalized cancer patients was tested with SCL- 90 and HAD.It was suggested according to the SCL-90 that there have prominent difference in obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,paranoid ideation, psychotism and the other among the patients.Both SCL-90 and HAD confirmed tnat there was also difference in depression among the patients,but not all of the results are correlated between SCL-90and HAD.It is considered that SCL-90 and HAD can measure the mental states of the cancer patients. However,some improvement of the contents is to be made.
