冷却水管管形变化下的高炉冷却壁传热分析 被引量:15

摘要 建立了铸钢冷却壁的三维传热和热应力的数学模型,采用通用有限元软件ANSYS计算了冷却壁的温度场和应力场。计算结果表明:冷却水管由圆管改为椭圆管后,冷却壁热面最高温度和热应力升高不大,为冷却水管由圆形改成椭圆形提供了理论依据,由于椭圆水管截面积减少,就可以减少壁体厚度和大量节约冷却水量,从而达到降低炼铁成本的目的。 The three-dimensional mathematical models for heat transfer and thermal stress of stave in blast furnace were built. The temperature and thermal stress fields of stave were calculated by finite element method software ANSYS. The results showed the rise of maximum temperature and thermal stress on the hot surface is not high while round pipe is replaced by elliptical one. Because of smaller cross-sectional area of elliptical tube, the thickness of the cooling stave will be reduced and cooling water consumption will be saved, resulting in the iron-making cost reduction.
