摘要
农业产业化经营是推进农村经济结构调整,实现农业现代化,增加农民收入,提高我国农业竞争力的重要举措。但近年来发展仍显缓慢,根本原因在于存在一系列的制度障碍。笔者分析了制度短缺的种种表现及原因,提出了加强制度供给的若干对策。
The management of agricultural industrialization is a significant measure to expand the restructuring of rural economy, enhance farmers' annual income, to modernize agriculture in China as well as to improve Chinese agricultural competence in the world. However, it has grown very slowly in recent years because a series of constrained systems have stood in its way.In the paper,the typical characteristics of the system shortage was described,their reasons were analyzed and some strategies to strengthen the system supply were put forward.
