摘要
土地是人类的宝贵财富,是农业的基本生产资料。我国人多地少,耕地后备资源不足,随着人口的不断增加,人地矛盾将日益尖锐。郑州市1987年耕地面积480万亩,人均仅为0.96亩,在人多地少的河南省属最低水平。因此,必须从长远考虑,一方面坚持控制人口,另一方面切实保护耕地,认真研究和合理开发利用土地资源。
Through the analysis of the exploitation and utilization of land resources of Zheng-zhou city, the characteristics and some prod lems of land resource exploitation become clear. The principle, oreintation, and main measures of land resource exploitation are proposed as well.
