摘要
This paper analyzes on the operation and annual reports of the international famous investment banks of Merrill Lynch,Morgan Stanley and Goldman(Mainly base on the statistic annual reports from 1998-2003).The analysis focus on the characteristic business and cultivation on the core capability and sustaining development which give a reference to the Chinese Securities companies.
