摘要
本文介绍了一种高性能可编程光衰减器的设计方法。首先分析了光衰减器的光学原理,然后详细介绍了其电机定位系统。结合主要的技术指标,分析其实现方法以及产生误差的原因。最后给出了测试方法和测试结果。
The paper introduced a design approach for a high performance programmable optical attenuator. First, it analyzed the optical theory of attenuator, then introduced the motor positioning system in detail. It analyzed the realizable method and the error reason in combination with the main technique specification. At last, it presents the testing method and testing result.
